2.2 Crypto assets are unregulated in many jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether investments are suitable for you.

2.3 Market conditions may delay or prevent order execution. Historical returns are not predictive of future performance.

3. Account Terms

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3.2 Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts will be terminated without payout.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict accounts, or cancel transactions at our discretion.

4. Investment Plans

4.1 All investment plans have limited availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans without notice.

5. Referral Program

7. Termination

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

7.2 Upon termination, pending withdrawals may be processed at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kingstown.

9. General Provisions

9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentbrella corp.

9.2 If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.

9.3 No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further waiver of that or any other term.
